Environmental Analysis & Design

Site intelligence
before every decision.

A suite of independent feasibility studies — purchasable individually or as a complete package — giving developers and landowners precise, instrument-based data on what their site is actually doing.

What We Do

Data-grounded analysis. Decisions that hold up.

Most site assumptions are made before anyone has measured anything. Our feasibility studies replace assumptions with documented field data — acoustic readings, thermal profiles, 3D geometry, solar exposure — so that design, permitting, and investment decisions are made on solid factual ground.

Each study is scoped, priced, and delivered independently. Commission one study or the complete environmental package — the choice is yours. Studies span ground-level instrument measurement, drone aerial documentation, photogrammetric modeling, and immersive VR presentation of completed environmental models.

Feasibility Study Modules

Select the studies your project needs.

Each module is a self-contained study with defined scope, methodology, and deliverables. Studies can be commissioned individually or combined in any configuration — from a single acoustic measurement to the full nine-study package, including drone aerial capture, photogrammetric modeling, and immersive VR presentation.

Study 06

Building Concept Design Study

Evidence-based architectural concept development drawn directly from the environmental analysis data — building massing, siting, and orientation informed by what the acoustic, thermal, and 3D studies revealed, not assumed about the site.

Deliverables
  • Siting and massing concept drawings
  • Design rationale narrative
  • Environmental response diagram
  • Design feasibility summary

Study 07

Drone Photography & Aerial Documentation

Systematic aerial photography and video of the site and its surroundings using UAV platforms — capturing overhead context, roofscape conditions, topographic relationships, and adjacent land use that cannot be observed from the ground.

Deliverables
  • Georeferenced aerial photo archive
  • Orthomosaic (top-down composite image)
  • Aerial video documentation
  • Annotated aerial context map

Study 08

Photogrammetric Site Modeling

Construction of a textured, dimensionally accurate 3D mesh model of the site and structures from overlapping drone and ground photography — producing a visually rich, measurable model that captures color, texture, and geometry simultaneously.

Deliverables
  • Textured 3D photogrammetric mesh
  • High-resolution digital elevation model (DEM)
  • Point cloud dataset
  • Exportable model in standard formats (OBJ, FBX, glTF)

Deliverables
  • Real-time navigable VR environment
  • Compatible with Meta Quest, Apple Vision Pro, HoloLens & more
  • Annotated environmental data overlays in scene
  • Shareable presentation package
